CITY LAW NOW ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO SEGREGATE BOTTLES, TINS, PLASTICS AND PAPER IN ORDER TO INCREASE RECYCLING AND CUT GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS FROM DECOMPOSING AND BURNING WASTE, BUT SO FAR THIS HAS MET WITH LIMITED SUCCESS. MEANWHILE POOR FAMILIES SCRAPE A LIVING ON THE TIPS.

    and let their children work, who often hurt themselves on sharp glass and come in contact with dangerous toxic materials.

    emphasis should put on regulations that offer children less dangerous, “child-friendly” work. those kids make less than 1 dollar a day, but often carry away injuries with which they will live for the rest of their lives.
